"I have been a client for a little over a year. Signing up saved me quite a bit of money from my rates with Allstate. I was very pleased with the process of moving over. Since becoming a client, I have had to call a few times and someone almost always answers the phone! Love that! I am also able to call in to pay my premiums. With Allstate, paying automatically got me a discount so I did that. I think the discount was just a way to get people to do auto-payment. It never felt good to me. Last week I had to file a claim (darn deer!). With Allstate the only way to file a claim was on-line. It was not possible to call in if I needed to file a claim. Not a fan!! With this State Farm agency, I was able to call in to file the claim, and the process was seamless. When it was decided that the car would be totaled, the person assigned to my claim (Mark) even worked on a Saturday to contact me since he couldn't get to me on Friday. Wow!! Blown away!! Mark was so nice, explaining the process to me in an easy to understand way. When I did need to call him, I was able to hold until he could pick me up. I never had to hold very long. I can't say enough about how satisfied I am with the claims process. I am so glad I made the decision to switch!!"
